ON ONE MODEL OF DEFORMATION IN LAMINATED COMPOSITES

DOI: 10.17804/2410-9908.2022.1.016-024

A technique is proposed that makes it possible to predict delamination in laminated composites. The technique is based on taking into consideration binder softening both under uniaxial transverse tension and in a plane stress state formed during longitudinal and transverse tension. The stratification moment is determined by the methods of the mathematical catastrophe theory.

Acknowledgments: The work was performed according to the state assignment, theme No. AAAA-A18-118020790145-0.

Keywords: unidirectional laminated composite, full binder deformation diagram, delamination, catastrophe
